GOOD NEWS! I was getting the "Authorization Failed for above host". My provider gave me another 4 URL to try. All failed. I suspect that LG did a software upgrade a few weeks/months ago and this killed my Smarters Pro. Must have been buggy. Still is buggy as I am running the latest version of LG software.
